Bike Vallejo

Free Bicycle Education Workshops including teaching basic bicycle maintenance and repair, riding tips/laws, parts and accessory give-aways, etc. By providing bicycle education and repair clinics to Vallejo’s citizens, we will all benefit from increased bicycle usage; less vehicle traffic/ congestion, better air quality, less reliance on fossil fuels, lower transportation costs, reduced wear and tear on infrastructure, and happier citizens! This project is a just the beginning of the overall Vallejo Bike Plan. Contact: BikeVallejo@gmail.com

TEAM Hope

TEAM Hope

TEAM Hope is a non-profit organization that holds car show fundraising events and solicits donations to help fund the Shop with a Cop program and to provide meals and needed items, such as hygiene products, tents, blankets, sleeping bags, and clothing to the Vallejo homeless community and others who are less fortunate and in need of these items. Vallejo SOUP funding will be used to purchase food items and warm weather clothing and supplies to hand out to the Vallejo’s homeless and under served community.  Contact: TEAMHope17@yahoo.com

Youth Theater

ONE PEOPLE TRIBE – YOUTH THEATER

A start-up acting program centered around encouraging and praising each youth for who they are and merging this into their work. Our youth will learn to create a unique, original character that is truly their own and in doing so, will learn invaluable life skills about themselves, their community and the world. This program is a unique opportunity for youth to work in groups to discover how each child is a critical part of the storytelling process. We will work with our student to develop solid techniques that they can apply to their lives. Contact: onepeopletribe@gmail.com
